This is a 1:1 coaching program that helps you heal your Outcast Wound while incorporating mindset coaching to help recondition your negative self-talk and cultivate self-love. You will also dive deep into Spiritual Empowerment Coaching to help you turn your Pain into your Power and become a beacon of Light in your life and in the world.
Your negative inner self-talk is a byproduct of the things that you were taught about yourself and who you are expected to be based on your gender, ethnicity, and other factors that were boxes created by the society in which you grew up. If you’ve experienced -or still experience- trauma from your community or your family because they tried to force you to “fit their mold”, this Outcast Wound will continue to shape your perceptions of yourself, your relationships, and the world. This perception can cause anything from extreme defensiveness, resentment, and shame to debilitating feelings of fear and hatred toward yourself and toward people who appear to be similar to those who were involved in your traumatic experiences.
Within this coaching container, you will address your trauma and find the root causes of your mindset and energetic blocks created by your wounding. You will dive into personal healing attuned to your specific wound so you can be free from suffering. You will cultivate self-love and recondition your mindset so that your perceptions of reality and your relationships becomes healthy, beneficial, and empowering. You will utilize practical mindset and personal empowerment techniques as well as Integrated Energy Healing modalities to truly transmute your Pain into your Power. You will learn how facing your shadow allows you to tap into your Light so you can become a beacon in your life and the world.
