This holistic approach to Life Coaching takes account of every aspect of your daily experience to identify areas of your life that are not serving you to live as expansive, healthy, wealthy, and happy as you truly deserve to be. It is an intuitive service and varies depending on the client and their personal life story.
This includes: meditation, journaling, affirmations, brain rewiring, inner child work, shadow work, language and thought adjustment, exploration of consciousness, self-empowerment coaching, nutrition coaching, wealth energetics, spiritual guidance, and so much more.
You can expect 1:1 coaching once a week, as well as support through voice message or email outside of the session to assist you as you expand exponentially into the greatest version of yourself.
You can also expect powerful and permanent improvement in every aspect of your life as you continue to connect with your inner being, tap into your power, and unveil your purpose in life.
Coaching takes place virtually on Zoom so that anyone from anywhere in the world can receive its benefits.
Meditation Coaching
Whether you are brand new to meditation and need guidance with how to begin, or you have been meditating for a while now and would like a refresher, new meditation tools, or someone to take you deeper and keep you accountable; Meditation Coaching provides you with personal 1:1 support.
You will be coached in an hour long session once a week to practice consistency as you are guided through multiple forms of meditation, taught how to create your own powerful guided meditations, given a reliable resource to answer all of your questions (or anything else that comes up), and offered all the tools you need to continue with your own personal practice.
Coaching takes place virtually on Zoom so that anyone from anywhere in the world can receive its benefits.
Breathwork
This powerful transformational practice unleashes the Warrior Healer within to release past traumas, grief, energetic wounds and blockages, non-beneficial constructs and compartmentalized emotions. This breathwork technique can be a highly intense physical, mental, emotional and spiritual experience. This tool brings you forward into full embodiment of your expansion. When you are called to this work, you are ready to reclaim your power and change your life!

Sound Healing
A deeply relaxing meditative experience where you enter into a womb of powerfully cleansing and healing sound vibrations. Each instrument is specially tuned to activate your innate healing abilities and assist you on your journey back home to wholeness. This can be an extremely blissful experience and sometimes more heightened and intense emotions and sensations may arise. It must be revealed if it's to be healed!
Reiki
Private hands-on and Distance Reiki sessions are available for potent healing of mind, body, and spirit. With a decade of experience, Kema is an Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master Teacher, as well as an Animal Reiki Practitioner while pursuing continued education and training in other Reiki styles. A deeply relaxing and profoundly healing, consciousness expanding modality, Reiki is a channeled universal life force energy with unlimited potential and potency and that is not limited in any way by time or space.

Grief Healing
1:1 or group healing sessions help you process the energy of grief after a loss and learn how to move forward in a healthy way. This session may involve multiple healing modalities (meditation, Breathwork, Angelic Reiki, sound healing, journaling, movement) with the focus of understanding and transmuting the energy of Grief.
Death Doula Services
Non-medical assistance and support through all stages of the dying process. If you need emotional support, rest and recovery, companionship, spiritual guidance, assistance with the relief of suffering or exploration of personal beliefs in relation to Death for yourself or a loved one, feel free to sign up for a connection call.
